Yes, the IDT Twilio analyzer tool is totally free. We offer this tool as a free service, with no hidden cost. Â
The “Twilio connect” feature allows you to share your Twilio accounts with applications or advisors.
There are 2 options:Â
- Read all account data, the option we use, allows the application to read the call and SMS logs for reporting and analytics.
- Charge account for usage is NOT USED. It needs your express permission. IDT does not need, and does not ask, for such permissions. See here.
IDT Tools analyzes a lot of information, like the date and time of calls, source and destination locations, rates, etc. To give you insights that will help save money and time. To save you from a very long questionnaire, we use Twilio Connect.
